Hello – I’m looking for advice. I have had two domains with cis.net since March 2020. I purchased the two domains at two different times. I would like to move my domains to CloudFlare and Zoho for email as I don’t use web hosting anyway and I’m only interested in email. When I contact cis.net, I keep getting the same sales rep/account manager and the relationship has devolved. It is now essentially $3000 a year for two domains and I feel like I’m being price gouged. My account manager tells me I cannot move my domains even though I am paid up and the price keeps going up. Any advice on what I should try next. During my last call I was repeated told if I didn’t follow through I would be in breach and that I would lose my domains. It seems like there should be a way I can move my domains to another provider and get rid of this Enom reseller. I called Enom but the only thing they could give me was an email address. Thanks!
